Return and Exchange policy
Our Return and Exchange Policy:
All eligible products must be returned to the store within 10 days from the order delivery date or from the time the product was picked up from our store.
All items must be in the original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items that are not in that condition will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
Please make sure that the original order slip and product tags are in the package or in the close. We will not accept any items without the tag.
The items can be exchanged for a different size or colour as long as we have it in the store.
Return items must be delivered to our store location or shipped to our location. The cost for the shipping will be the customer’s responsibility and the refund will be deposited when the product gets to our store, and it has passed the inspection.
Please include the product tags and the order slip for the return. Once the order has been delivered to our store and passed the inspection the refund will be processed.
All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
